Robert B. Rob leverages over 25 years of experience as a business owner, senior operating executive, and legal and transactional adviser to private and public companies.
Rob has served as President, COO and an early investor in Digital On-Demand, Inc., a retail services technology company that operates under the brandname RedDotNet in chains including Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Best Buy, Blockbuster and Fred Meyer. Previously, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of HealthCap, Inc., a venture capital-backed physician practice management company that returned 90% CAGR to its investors. Rob also served as Managing Director of Caremark Physician Resources, directing its formation during its initial high-growth years prior to its sale to MedPartners, Inc. He also co-founded OnCall Medicine, Inc., a medical house calls company. Prior to his success as a business operator, he was a Managing Partner in his law firm and a partner in a predecessor and transactional legal and consulting services to the healthcare industry for over 20 years.
Molly Cogan is the Executive Director at Wireless Life Sciences Alliance and the principal at Accord Group of Affiliated Companies, a business development and public affairs consulting firm focused on health IT, services, life sciences and government health care initiatives. Molly’s experience spans across 15 years in both the private and public sectors merging her knowledge of government affairs with global business, communications and event marketing strategy.
Andrea Jackson | Director, Program Development
Andrea has more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. From 2007 until 2009, she was marketing manager for Qualcomm’s Lifecomm project, where she led market research initiatives and acted as the “voice of the customer” for the development of three consumer wireless health products. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Andrea was a senior research associate at the UCSD Moores Cancer Center, where she conducted research on the impact of diet and physical activity on health outcomes.

Jack Florio has joined WLSA as a Strategic Advisor and is a Partner with Eckel and Partners, a global life sciences consultancy firm focused on providing complete business development support as well as strategic business consulting for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies. Jack’s experience includes large pharmaceutical experience with 28 years at Eli Lilly and Company plus 11 years senior management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, companies plus investment banking, and life science focused social media.
Ashok has over 25 years of global marketing, sales and product development experience in healthcare with both larger, Fortune 100 companies such as GE Medical, Abbott Labs, Medtronic MiniMed, and St. Jude Medical, as well as with start-up companies. He has specific expertise and experience in international markets, with a successful career in sales, marketing, business, and product development.
Arthur Roke is Chief Financial Officer of the Wireless Life Sciences Alliance, Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Healthcare Foundation and an adviser to several other organizations. He is responsible for overseeing all of the Company’s financial operations. Previously he served in senior financial management roles in San Diego technology and biotechnology firms including Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance at EMD Biosciences, Chief Accounting Officer and VP Finance at Pharmacopeia, VP Finance at ProfitLine, and he began his career in Washington DC as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
David Scott joined the WLSA in 2012 first as an intern, then as a recent graduate of San Diego State University’s first class in the Health Communication Program. David is a veteran who served in Military Base Law Enforcement in the U.S. Air Force and did a tour of duty in Iraq protecting U.S. forces and families abroad. David’s previous experience was in information technology having worked in the corporate offices of San Diego-based Souplantation.
