Three connected health innovators are recognized from a group of highly relevant applicants

Minneapolis, MN – Today, TripleTree announced the winners of its 5th Annual iAwards for Connected Health.  The three winners were chosen from among 12 finalists in the categories of Clinical Effectiveness, Consumer Engagement and Operational Effectiveness.

In addition to the three winners, TripleTree has designated Asthmapolis as the recipient of its 2013 Horizon Award, recognizing their unique advancements in chronic disease management via connected health.  The 12 finalists have been featured this week at the 8th annual Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance Convergence Summit in San Diego.

“Our panel of evaluators was impressed with this year’s strong pool of applicants,” said Chris Hoffmann, Senior Director at TripleTree. “All 12 of the companies recognized as finalists are relevant in their respective markets, making it especially challenging to distinguish three winners from the group.”
